Refund Policy

If a template isn't a fit, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase — no need to explain why.

How to request one

Email support@thepracticalkit.com with the email address you used to buy the template. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our payment provider and the merchant of record for your order, back to your original payment method — usually within a few business days.

Digital content notice

Because templates are delivered instantly as a digital product, by completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this may affect your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content under EU consumer law. We still honor the 14-day window above regardless.
