These terms cover your use of The Practical Kit and the templates sold here. By buying a template, you agree to them.

What you get

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template in your own workspace. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the template — as a whole or in part — to anyone else, whether for free or for payment.

Ownership

The Practical Kit retains all intellectual property rights in the templates. Buying a template gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it.

Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record for every order. Paddle handles billing, tax, and refunds according to our Refund Policy.

No warranty

Templates are provided as-is. We don't guarantee they'll fit every workflow, and we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.
